To the work! It’s another morning in Swaziland, another journey to a rural community to offer free healthcare to the poorest and sickest. See how trust is built, how compassionate medicine is offered in the midst of the HIV/AIDS pandemic threatening this nation’s very existence.

Where We Serve

Currently, TLC serves in Swaziland, with a future look to other southern African countries.

Swazis who live in rural communities are the unemployed, the elderly, the children, and the ill.  Often those who are sickest return to their rural homesteads to receive final care from relatives.

This is where TLC intercedes.  Mobile hospital sites are set up in the remote parts of this small country, whose population is fighting for its very existence.
