Where Miracles Happen
Located in central Eswatini, the Miracle Campus houses over two dozen buildings that provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient healthcare, digital solutions and leadership development. From medical and critical care to rehabilitation, emergency response and telehealth, the campus symbolizes TLC's commitment to comprehensive healing.
Over 100 full-time staff champion TLC’s ongoing development on the campus and empower outreach operations through construction, fleet maintenance and repair, woodworking and steelworks. Its 150-acre farm, cultivated year-round, grows vegetables, maize and beans for patients, staff, and visitors.
Groundbreaking and Green
TLC continues to incorporate new elements into The Miracle Campus, including working to become energy-independent by scaling up its existing 400-kilowatt solar installation to two megawatts to better serve the thousands of patients who visit the campus annually.

Hospital Services
TLC provides 24/7 inpatient and outpatient services for TB, snakebites, minor surgical procedures, HIV, cancer screening, eye screening, pharmacy services, counseling, and much more—45 health services and counting.

Oxygen Plant
The PSA oxygen plant supports up to 2,500LPM of medical grade oxygen and has the capacity to fill over 180 13kg cylinders per day for distribution to medical facilities throughout Eswatini.

Outreach Hub
Coordinated from the Miracle Campus, TLC conducts hundreds of outreaches each year, serving homes, churches, factories, urban hubs, schools and community centers.

Training & Leadership Center of Excellence (TLCE)
TLCE operates at the heart of TLC’s vision to treat the whole person and provide counseling, leadership training, and skills development to empower all patients, staff, and trainees to serve others as a father, mother, brother, sister, or child.

Snakebite Center of Excellence
TLC receives more snakebite patients than any facility in the country. Maintaining a stock of precious antivenom, the team is prepared and quick to respond to every snakebite emergency.
