Expression of Gratitude for Timely Intervention Supporting Continuity of Care

19 January 2026 | Sidvokodvo, Eswatini

The Luke Commission (TLC) wishes to formally express its sincere gratitude to an anonymous donor who generously settled the hospital’s outstanding electricity account with the Eswatini Electricity Company, amounting to E1,041,749.79.

This timely and selfless intervention ensured uninterrupted power supply and safeguarded the continued delivery of essential healthcare services to the many individuals and families who have chosen The Luke Commission for care, dignity, and hope.

TLC confirms that today, the Eswatini Electricity Company formally notified the hospital in writing that the full amount was received and credited accordingly. As a result, critical hospital operations and life-saving medical services continued without disruption.

On behalf of The Luke Commission’s management, staff, patients under our care, and the nation at large, we extend our deepest appreciation to this Good Samaritan. This act of generosity has preserved lives, restored stability, and affirmed the enduring spirit of compassion that defines our shared commitment to healthcare in Eswatini.
